Profile of a Heart

Interesting to visually see today, how the beat patterns of our heart are affected by stressors/thoughts. Stressors equal "jagged" rhythms, pleasant thoughts and attention to breath = smooth, even rhythms.

Reinforces what so many spiritualists have been touting regarding our thoughts structuring our reality. If we can learn to stay in what I'll call the "state of smooth" then it stands to reason our mental & emotional clarity along with our physical state of health can be greatly improved.
