Sexting
Again, we prove that common sense is a dinosaur. Per MSN News, teens are now being slapped with child pornography charges for sending (and in some cases) receiving nude or semi-nude photos via cell phone: sexting.
I have no idea how this qualifies as child pornography or why a state would think the best deterrent is to label these teens as sex offenders. COME ON. Parenting! Parenting! And even then, parent's can't police their kids all the time. Is a sexy (if tasteless) picture worse than teens stripping down in person?? It's technology, folks. Teens are gonna experiment either way.
